🚀 We’re Hiring: Cost Controller – F&B Division
Join our Finance & Operations team and play a key role in driving financial efficiency across our diverse portfolio of F&B brands including Cinnabon, Auntie Anne’s, Blaze Pizza, Burger King, La Romana, Brunch & Cake, and Alusia.
As a Cost Controller, you will be responsible for
- Preparing and tracking budgets across multiple brands
- Monitoring costs and identifying variances
- Delivering detailed financial reports to management
- Driving expense reduction and supplier negotiations
- Ensuring operational efficiency through outlet visits and inventory checks
- Setting and reviewing recipe pricing for profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2–3 years of proven F&B cost control experience
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills
- English required; Arabic is an advantage
- Bahraini candidates preferred
