Product Owner

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our software products. The Product Manager will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, design, engineering, cybersecurity, and project management teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software product management, an excellent understanding of UI/UX principles, and the ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility while driving the long-term product vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and define product vision aligned with business objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure intuitive, modern, and customer-centric user experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity teams before committing to new features or enhancements.
• Validate technical feasibility, security implications, compliance requirements, and implementation effort prior to stakeholder commitments.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure product requirements are clearly defined and delivered on schedule.
• Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Define product priorities based on customer value, business goals, and technical considerations.
• Lead product discovery workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure all product enhancements align with company strategy and long-term product vision.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.
• Support UAT, release planning, and product launches.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features using Agile methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner in a software development company.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven experience managing software products from concept through release.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and customer journey mapping.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
