Role Description The Property Valuation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bahrain. The specialist will conduct detailed property valuations, including market research, comparable analysis, and physical inspections to determine accurate property values for leasing, selling, and investment decisions. Daily tasks include gathering and analyzing property data, preparing valuation reports, supporting pricing strategies, and collaborating with property management, leasing, and sales teams.
The role also involves monitoring market trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators that may affect property values, and providing insights to support client advisory and investment planning. The specialist is expected to maintain organized documentation, adhere to company standards and local regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement of valuation methodologies.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including data analysis, financial modeling, and interpretation of market trends.
- Knowledge of real estate valuation methods, property management principles, and local Bahrain real estate regulations and practices.
- Proficiency in office and valuation-related software (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, property management systems, and reporting tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear valuation reports and explain findings to internal teams and clients.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple properties, deadlines, and priorities.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and interact professionally with clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in valuation or real estate are an advantage.
- Previous experience in property valuation, real estate appraisal, or real estate investment analysis, preferably in the GCC region, is highly beneficial.
