🎯 The Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Manager to lead enterprise financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management initiatives. The successful candidate will partner with executive leadership and business units to develop financial strategies, optimize resource allocation, monitor business performance, and provide actionable financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, business performance management, and corporate finance.

🚀 What You'll Do

• Develop and manage annual budgets, long-range financial plans, and rolling forecasts
• Lead enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes and financial performance reviews
• Build financial models, scenario analyses, sensitivity analyses, and business case evaluations
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and resource allocation
• Monitor financial performance against budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and organizational objectives
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and operational performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, executive dashboards, and Board presentations
• Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital investment analysis, and corporate development initiatives
• Collaborate with accounting, treasury, operations, procurement, HR, and executive leadership teams
• Ensure financial planning processes comply with corporate governance, accounting standards, and internal controls
• Drive financial planning automation, reporting improvements, and business intelligence initiatives
• Promote continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, financial reporting, and performance management processes

✅ What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5–10+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, financial modeling, budgeting, or business finance
• Proven experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, variance analysis, forecasting techniques, and corporate finance principles
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional business teams
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration (MBA), Economics, or a related discipline
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
• Experience in multinational corporations, financial services, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, consulting, or retail industries
• Knowledge of corporate performance management (CPM), enterprise planning, capital budgeting, investment analysis, business intelligence, and financial automation
• Experience using enterprise platforms such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Oracle Hyperion Planning, Anaplan, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel, or similar enterprise technologies
• Experience managing regional or global FP&A operations
• Fluency in English is required
