Car Washer

The Car Washer is responsible for cleaning, washing, detailing, and preparing rental vehicles to ensure they are presented to customers in excellent condition. The role supports the fleet operation by maintaining high standards of vehicle cleanliness, appearance, and readiness while adhering to company quality, safety, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, dry, and polish vehicles using appropriate cleaning materials and equipment.
• Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, dashboards, windows, and cargo areas.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, missing items, or maintenance concerns and report findings to the supervisor.
• Ensure vehicles are properly prepared and presented before customer delivery.
• Perform basic detailing tasks, including tire cleaning, waxing, and interior care as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the washing area, equipment, and tools.
• Safely operate pressure washers, vacuum cleaners, and other cleaning equipment.
• Follow company procedures for water conservation, chemical handling, and waste disposal.
• Assist with vehicle movement and parking within company premises when authorized.
• Support fleet preparation activities and other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School education or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle cleaning products and equipment preferred.
• Previous experience in car washing, vehicle detailing, car rental, automotive, or service industry environments is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with the willingness to learn may be considered.
• Knowledge of vehicle cleaning and detailing techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently and pay attention to detail.
• Good physical fitness and stamina.
