We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Growth Manager / Head of Growth to drive user acquisition, product adoption, engagement, retention, and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product growth strategies across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetisation.
- Identify and optimise growth opportunities, user journeys, conversion funnels, and product experiences.
- Lead growth experiments, A/B testing, lifecycle initiatives, and data-driven optimisation.
- Analyse user behaviour, product metrics, customer insights, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, UX, sales, data, and engineering teams to deliver growth initiatives.
- Develop and monitor growth KPIs, dashboards, experiments, and performance targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product growth, growth marketing, product management, or a related senior role.
- Strong knowledge of growth strategy, funnel optimisation, experimentation, analytics, user acquisition, and retention.
- Strong analytical, strategic, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with product analytics, A/B testing, CRM, marketing automation, and data tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver measurable growth initiatives.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, fintech, e-commerce, consumer apps, or digital platforms is preferred.
