Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients to designated destinations in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Assist passengers with luggage and other reasonable requests.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any defects, damages, or maintenance requirements.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean, presentable, and fully operational.
- Plan routes efficiently to minimize travel time and ensure punctuality.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and incidents.
- Use navigation systems and communication devices effectively.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Follow company procedures regarding vehicle security and passenger safety.
Requirements
- High school certificate or equivalent.
- Valid Bahrain/GCC driving license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a chauffeur, light vehicle driver, or professional driver.
- Good knowledge of local roads, landmarks, and traffic regulations.
- Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
