Chauffeur Driver

To provide safe, professional, and courteous transportation services to clients, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction while maintaining company vehicles in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to designated destinations in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Assist passengers with luggage and other reasonable requests.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any defects, damages, or maintenance requirements.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, presentable, and fully operational.
• Plan routes efficiently to minimize travel time and ensure punctuality.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and incidents.
• Use navigation systems and communication devices effectively.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Follow company procedures regarding vehicle security and passenger safety.

Requirements

• High school certificate or equivalent.
• Valid Bahrain/GCC driving license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a chauffeur, light vehicle driver, or professional driver.
• Good knowledge of local roads, landmarks, and traffic regulations.
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
