  • Apply end-to-end data process knowledge to analyze, cleanse and enrich data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Collect, organize, analyze and share complex information with precision, and explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Lead data-requirements sessions and present complex issues using persuasion, influence, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills to build consensus.
  • Produce clear, usable documentation that supports sign-off and can be used by technical project members.
  • Participate in sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement and other sprint-based activities.

  • An undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Business or a related field.
  • At least seven years of dedicated Data Analyst experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric

  • Experience reverse-engineering source-to-target mappings to generate data insights.
  • Ability to produce ETL specifications based on physical data models.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with business and technical audiences and listen actively.

What will make you stand out:
