Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective math lessons tailored to the educational level and curriculum requirements.
- Incorporate diverse teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles.
- Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and other evaluation tools.
- Provide constructive feedback to support student growth and understanding.
- Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs.
- Engage in professional development and collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices.
- Contribute to the school community by participating in events and activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or qualification is preferred.
- Experience teaching mathematics at any educational stage is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students in mathematics.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaborative teaching.
