Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing and award-winning team to work on some of the region's most exciting brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok & Snapchat.
• Own top-of-funnel strategy across platforms, track brand lift and reach quality.
• Plan and execute reservation buys (Reach & Frequency, TikTok & Snapchat reservation, YouTube reserved inventory), including delivery pacing and frequency management
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, YouTube & Demand Gen)
• Set up and run programmatic campaigns in DV360 (or equivalent DSPs), including audience strategy, line item structure, PMPs, brand safety and pacing
• Monitor daily performance, identify trends and act on insights to improve KPIs
• Prepare client-ready reports, performance reviews and optimization recommendations
• Manage budgets, flights and pacing across platforms

Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in paid media or performance marketing, ideally in an agency
• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns
• Strong understanding of top-of-funnel strategy and how it feeds the full funnel
• Working knowledge of reservation buying and how it differs from auction buying
• Solid experience with Google Ads, including Search and YouTube
• Experience with DV360 or other programmatic platforms
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel / Google Sheets and reporting tools
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to present to stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
