Responsibilities

• Plan and execute product validation and verification test programs.
• Develop and maintain test automation for validation and verification test programs.
• Create detailed test plans and comprehensive reports.
• Organize and coordinate tests in external laboratories.
• Develop and maintain measurement equipment.
• Develop and improve test methods and procedures.

Requirements

• Educational background in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with measurement systems and test setups.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills in English and Finnish.
• Previous experience in a similar role or a strong motivation to learn.
• Experience with Teamcenter and Polarion is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to external test laboratories.
