About the role

Junior Brand Lead Apprentice

Reporting to the Rare Disease Marketing Department and working closely with the Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Sales, and Communications teams, you will contribute to the implementation of the marketing strategy for a portfolio of products across France and the Benelux region.

This apprenticeship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the Brand Lead/Product Manager role within a demanding pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Materials Development
  • Contribute to the creation and updating of promotional materials for healthcare professionals.
  • Support the development of omnichannel marketing campaigns (email, digital, congresses, scientific meetings).
  • Ensure compliance with internal approval processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Operational Marketing Support
  • Participate in the implementation and execution of marketing activities.
  • Marketing Strategy Contribution
  • Support market, competitive, and industry trend analyses.
  • Conduct performance analyses (sales, market share, promotional activities).
  • Assist in the organization of meetings, seminars, congresses, and scientific events.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Monitor timelines and contribute to the management of marketing projects.
  • Prepare summaries and presentations for marketing and sales teams.
  • Participate in Brand Planning exercises and performance reviews.
  • Conduct scientific, competitive, and environmental monitoring.
  • Identify marketing best practices and innovations within the pharmaceutical industry.

Profile

  • 6th-year Pharmacy student enrolled in a Specialized Master's degree program.
  • Strong interest in pharmaceutical marketing and the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent analytical and summarization skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good level of English.
  • Team player with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
