Join us as a Regulatory Reporting Expert and help build accurate, scalable reporting processes as Qonto becomes a bank and expands across eight European markets. Working at the intersection of regulation, data and operations, you’ll own key regulatory submissions and collaborate with Data, Accounting, Tax and Risk & Compliance to turn complex requirements into reliable, repeatable reporting. You’ll join our Regulatory Reporting team and report to Vincent Arnould, Regulatory Reporting Lead.
What you'll do
- Regulatory submissions: Prepare, review and submit accurate regulatory reports to Qonto's banking supervisors on time.
- Data gathering and quality: Work with Data, Accounting, Tax and Risk & Compliance to collect, reconcile and validate the information required for each submission.
- Scalable processes: Improve reporting workflows, controls and documentation so they scale as Qonto becomes a bank and expands into new markets.
- Regulatory monitoring: Keep reporting practices current as regulations evolve and translate new requirements into concrete deliverables.
- Cross-functional projects: Contribute to CI readiness, data-quality improvements and projects that strengthen regulatory understanding across Qonto.
What we're looking for
- Experience:
Solid experience in regulatory or financial reporting, banking projects, or another regulated and data-intensive environment. A background in banking, fintech or financial-services consulting is a plus, but not essential.
- Excel and data
Skills
Strong Excel skills and the ability to organise complex data accurately; database-management experience is a plus.
- Analytical rigour: Strong analytical and project-management skills, with close attention to quality and deadlines.
- Autonomy and adaptability: You can independently manage complex work, learn quickly and adapt as requirements evolve.
- Stakeholder management: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate inputs across several teams.
- Languages: Fluent English. French, or another European language would be a big plus.

Your manager will be Vincent Arnould, our Regulatory Reporting Lead.
- His path? Vincent built his expertise at leading financial institutions. At Rothschild, he managed regulatory reporting before moving to GE Capital to focus on treasury and asset-liability management. Before joining Qonto in 2022, he spent five years at Wolters Kluwer as a Senior Consultant, guiding financial institutions through complex regulatory-compliance requirements. He holds Master’s degrees from Sciences Po Lille and IAE Paris-Est and has taught banking regulation.
- What does he bring to the team? Deep knowledge of banking regulation and asset-liability management across multiple frameworks. His experience as both a consultant and an in-house expert gives him a practical perspective on effective regulatory solutions and on making complex topics easier to navigate. Vincent leads an autonomous team with clear expectations and a strong focus on quality and ownership.
