We are looking for a part-time Sales Advisor to support our team in Berlin !
Sales
- Welcome, advise and build a trusted relationship with each customer to provide a unique shopping experience
- Actively contribute to achieving the boutique’s sales targets
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of APM products to showcase the brand’s story and unique character to customers
- Build customer loyalty by providing personalised after-sales follow-up
Customer Service
- Ensure an impeccable level of customer service at every interaction
- Handle customer enquiries and initial complaints professionally
Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Contribute to maintaining the boutique to a high standard: cleanliness, organisation and replenishment
- Support visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
- Assist with stock management and inventory
- Follow payment and POS procedures
Profile
- You love APM Monaco!
- You are passionate about sales
- You have a strong sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous boutique experience (luxury or fashion retail) is a real plus
- You are organised, dynamic and eager to learn
- You are adaptable and able to demonstrate flexibility when needed.
