At Exotec, we design elegant, plug-and-play, and reliable end-to-end warehouse robotics solutions. As a leading Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Integrator, we support some of the world’s most iconic brands in their transition to automation.

We’re proud to design technology that doesn’t just redefine intralogistics, it also makes warehouses safer, faster, more efficient, and less physically demanding for the people working inside them.

Why does this role matter?

Our Solutions Engineering team turns complex logistics challenges into high-performing automation solutions.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll take ownership of qualified customer opportunities and work closely with Sales throughout the sales cycle to design compelling technical and commercial solutions. You’ll combine warehouse expertise, data analysis and software integration knowledge to develop solutions tailored to each customer’s operations, from initial concept and layout through to interfaces, implementation considerations and handover.
