About the role
WHITEHAT is Greece’s leading HubSpot Solutions Partner, specializing in complex CRM and Revenue Operations implementations for scaling and enterprise-level organizations.
As a HubSpot Diamond Solutions Partner and one of fewer than 100 agencies worldwide holding the HubSpot Solutions Architecture Design Accreditation, we design and deliver large-scale HubSpot architectures for multi-team, multi-region and high-growth environments.
We’re a specialized consultancy working on complex, high-impact projects with some of the most ambitious organizations in the region.
We move fast. We think in systems. We care about clarity. And we take pride in building CRM solutions that make a lasting difference to how organizations operate.
Our mission is simple: to design and implement structured, scalable revenue systems that create measurable business impact.
We help organizations build the operational clarity, data foundations and automation needed to grow and to adapt as new technologies, including AI, become part of the CRM ecosystem.
The Role
We’re looking for a CRM Solutions & Implementation Consultant to help us turn business needs into well-designed CRM solutions, primarily in HubSpot.
You’ll work across discovery, solution design, implementation and enablement. That means understanding how a client’s teams operate, shaping the right approach, configuring the CRM and helping people use it with confidence.
This role combines thoughtful consulting with hands-on delivery. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, solution architects and developers, with opportunities to take on more ownership as you grow.
Understand the business
- Join discovery sessions with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations teams.
- Learn how existing processes work and where they can improve.
- Help translate business needs into clear requirements and practical CRM solutions.
Design and implement CRM solutions
- Configure CRM pipelines, properties, lifecycle stages and objects.
- Build workflows for lead routing, handoffs, follow-ups and other business processes.
- Create reports and dashboards that give teams useful visibility.
- Support clean data, thoughtful CRM governance and scalable system design.
- Troubleshoot issues and recommend clear, workable solutions.
Deliver work people can build on
- Document CRM logic, workflows and implementation decisions.
- Prepare materials that help clients understand and use their CRM.
- Help ensure the systems we deliver are clear, maintainable and fit for purpose.
Work closely with clients and the team
- Help train client teams and support adoption of new processes.
- Explain solutions clearly and confidently, in writing and in conversation.
- Collaborate with developers on integrations and cross-platform data flows.
- Coordinate with colleagues and client stakeholders to keep delivery moving.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in CRM, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, RevOps, consulting or business process roles.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or another CRM platform, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, or similar.
- A solid understanding of CRM pipelines, lead management, automation, reporting and data quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication and an interest in working with clients.
- Care for detail and for building solutions that are easy to understand and maintain.
- Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to keep learning.
Experience with HubSpot implementations and relevant certifications will be an advantage. If your CRM experience is with another platform, we’ll support you as you build your HubSpot expertise.
Benefits
- A close-knit team working on complex CRM projects for ambitious organizations.
- The chance to contribute across discovery, design, implementation and client enablement.
- Collaboration with experienced consultants, solution architects and developers.
- Support for learning and HubSpot certifications.
- Hybrid working model.
- Private health insurance.
- Your birthday off.
Your Growth
You’ll build experience across the full CRM project lifecycle and gradually take on more responsibility. As your strengths and interests develop, there may be opportunities to progress towards a Senior CRM Solutions & Implementation Consultant or CRM Solutions Architect role.
