Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Aiginio. This position oversees the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the quality management system to ensure products and processes comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. Day-to-day tasks include developing and updating quality procedures, conducting audits and inspections, leading root cause analyses, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
The role also involves collaborating with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to maintain consistent quality across all product lines, monitoring key quality metrics, and preparing reports for leadership. The Quality Assurance Manager will support certification and compliance activities, coordinate training on quality standards, and contribute to customer satisfaction by addressing quality-related feedback and issues.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in quality management, including establishing, maintaining, and improving quality systems and processes.
- Hands-on experience with quality audits, inspections, and compliance with relevant industry standards and certifications (e.g., ISO-based systems).
- Strong skills in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control techniques related to electronic safety and security products or similar industries.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of quality-related tools and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field; advanced qualifications or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, ideally within electronics or safety systems, is highly beneficial.
