Responsibilities
- Oversees doubtful debts and prepares recommendations in collaboration with the relevant Departments and cooperating lawyers
- Analyzes the portfolio and identifies doubtful customers through the company’s information systems and public/private databases
- Monitors indicators (KPIs) and factors affecting doubtful debts
- Executes receivables write-offs and ensures their accurate accounting representation in the systems
- Designs and documents specifications for projects under the Department’s responsibility
- Draws conclusions and submits proposals for improving internal procedures
- Prepares regular and ad-hoc reports regarding the portfolio’s status
- Evaluates receivables for the purpose of provisioning, in collaboration with the Finance Department
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute
- Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting or Law will be considered an additional qualification
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience in supporting the management of customers’ overdue debts
- Knowledge of managing portfolios of overdue receivables through pre-litigation and litigation actions will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge of SAP IS-U and/or Salesforce and/or Power BI will be considered an additional qualification
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
- Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
