What to expect

As a Postgraduate Working Student in Marketing, you will gain hands-on experience in marketing and communications, supporting content creation, digital marketing activities, employer branding initiatives, and corporate events. You will work closely with different teams across the company, contribute to strengthening the company's brand presence, and develop practical experience in marketing campaigns, performance analysis, and communication strategies within an international business environment.

Task Description

• Support the Marketing team in planning and executing marketing and communication activities.
• Create and adapt content for social media, the company website, and internal communication channels.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
• Support the organization of corporate events, career fairs, and promotional activities.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop presentations and promotional materials.
• Contribute to maintaining and improving the company's digital presence and brand image.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Creative mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Very good command of English; knowledge of German is considered an advantage.
