The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior HR Business Partner to join our team based in Greece.

This is a Generalist HR role for someone who enjoys being close to the business and employees, taking ownership of operational HR delivery, bringing strong HR analytical expertise while contributing practically to wider business and people strategy.

You will manage the employee lifecycle end to end processes, advise managers on complex people matters, ensure strong HR governance and compliance, and continuously improve how HR services are delivered. The position will also contribute to organisational change, workforce planning and broader HR transformation initiatives.

Strategic HR Business Partnering

  • Partner proactively with leaders to turn business priorities into people actions and measurable outcomes.
  • Produce and use workforce data, analytics and AI to improve decisions, productivity and organisational effectiveness.
  • Challenge and influence leaders on performance, talent, capability, retention and workforce planning.

Employee Lifecycle & HR Delivery

  • Own effective delivery across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and development through mobility, performance and exit.
  • Ensure strong execution of employee relations, reward, payroll inputs and engagement.
  • Work across HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance and Legal to deliver practical, business-focused solutions.

HR Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Maintain strong HR governance, ensuring compliance with Greek employment law, internal policies and statutory requirements.
  • Proactively identify and manage people risks, maintaining robust HR processes, documentation, audits and reporting.
  • Provide sound HR expertise across compensation, pay transparency, job architecture and employment matters.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ HR experience with strong hands-on HR Business Partnering and employee lifecycle expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of Greek labour law and HR governance.
  • Confident with data and analytics, with the ability to turn HR insights into better people related decisions.
  • Comfortable using AI and digital tools to improve HR productivity and delivery.
  • Commercial, proactive and solution-oriented, with strong influencing and coaching skills.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to take on a varied, visible and creatively hands-on HR role where you can influence both the employee experience and how the business operates.

You will combine operational ownership with technical HR expertise, while still having the opportunity to contribute to transformation, digitalisation and regional HR initiatives across Greece and potentially Cyprus and Malta.
