Agile Delivery Lead

Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced an Agile Delivery Lead to support the delivery of strategic digital products across Mobile, Web, Backend and Shared Services teams. The successful candidate will drive Agile ways of working, facilitate delivery execution, remove impediments, and foster collaboration across business and technology stakeholders.

The Agile Delivery Lead will play a key role in ensuring high-performing teams, predictable delivery, continuous improvement, and alignment with product and business objectives.

Agile Delivery & Team Leadership

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices and continuous improvement.
• Monitor delivery commitments and team progress against objectives.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting team velocity and effectiveness.
• Support capacity planning and forecasting activities.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects and Engineers.
• Provide transparency on progress, risks, dependencies and delivery status.
• Facilitate alignment between business priorities and technical execution.

Delivery Governance

• Maintain delivery metrics and reporting.
• Drive risk and dependency management.
• Promote quality and predictable delivery outcomes.
• Support release planning and cross-team coordination.

Continuous Improvement

• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability and learning.
• Use delivery metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support Agile maturity growth across teams.
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• 2+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Delivery Lead roles;
• Strong experience with Scrum, Kanban and Agile delivery frameworks;
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience working with digital product teams;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM or equivalent);
• Experience in Mobile and Web product delivery environments;
• Experience in enterprise-scale Agile transformations.
