For Season 2027, we are looking for a passionate Assistant Front Office Manager to join the Elix team in Perdika, Thesprotia.

The Role

As Assistant Front Office Manager, you will support the Front Office Manager at Elix, supervise daily operations and help the team deliver attentive guest service.

A Day in the Job

You coordinate shifts, support colleagues and keep front office operations running smoothly.

Here's what a typical day at Elix could look like

• You supervise reception, porters and doormen, ensuring that standard operating procedures are followed.
• You report to the Front Office Manager and support all shifts.
• You handle guest requests and complaints and respond to guest emails.
• You train the front office team and help colleagues develop their skills.
• You promote additional services through appropriate upselling.
• You monitor staffing levels against business needs and schedule shifts.
• You ensure that company policies and security requirements are met.

Is This You?

Qualifications

• Experience in an equivalent role in a five-star hotel and experience leading teams.
• Graduation from a Hospitality and Tourism School.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong training skills and the ability to motivate and lead colleagues.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and strong sales capabilities.
• A commitment to high standards of customer service, a sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and adapt to different work situations.
