Responsibilities

• Monitors market trends, customer needs and competitive products and services, with the aim of identifying opportunities, threats and areas for development of new commercial propositions
• Designs new commercial value propositions and services, from initial conception to commercial launch, with the aim of developing targeted propositions for respective target-segments
• Coordinates collaboration with involved teams, such as pricing, product, regulatory, go to market and new business, for the creation and provision of commercial products and services
• Identifies and evaluates new commercial partnerships to strengthen new and existing propositions/products, with the aim of addressing the needs of respective audience/segment
• Defines the features and advantages of new propositions, ensuring their alignment with the company's overall strategy and long-term objectives
• Evaluates systematically existing commercial products based on performance data, such as sales, conversions, revenue and churn, proposing adjustments at product, pricing, features or distribution channels where required
• Adapts commercial products to new market needs and opportunities, while monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring compliance of propositions with applicable regulations
• Develops new product features or versions, in order to respond to evolving market and customer requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute in Sciences, Economics or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Sciences, Economics or Business Administration will be considered an additional qualification
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in a position or in commercial departments (product, value proposition, marketing)
• Experience in the Energy sector will be considered an additional qualification
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
