Lavipharm is looking for an IT Systems & Network Engineer who will be reporting to the Lead IT.
Requirements
- Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level technical support across office and production environments, troubleshooting complex issues related to software, accounts, access and endpoints
- Take ownership of escalated incidents and problems, performing root-cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions
- Manage the lifecycle of laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals and mobile devices, including deployment, troubleshooting, repair and replacement
- Support and maintain meeting-room and AV infrastructure, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, displays and conferencing equipment
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and licensing
- Manage identities, authentication and access through Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA, role assignments and access policies
- Maintain and troubleshoot on-premises Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and Windows Server infrastructure
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, security improvements and IT projects
- Monitor system health and proactively identify operational, security and capacity issues
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, configurations and asset records
- Contribute to IT policies, change management and operational processes within a regulated GMP environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT systems administration, infrastructure support or a similar role
- Strong administration experience with Microsoft 365, particularly Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive and tenant-level configuration
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including identity management, MFA, Conditional Access and role-based access
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and Windows Server environments
- Proven ability to independently troubleshoot complex endpoint, identity, application and infrastructure issues
- Good understanding of Microsoft security and identity best practices
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs and firewalls
- Experience taking ownership of technical incidents and problems from investigation through resolution and documentation
