Responsibilities
- Analyses the target market, competitors and market trends, identifies the profile of the ideal customer for the product or service and creates customer journeys for each customer type (personas)
- Evaluates and monitors commercial objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), assesses sales targets based on the target audience, channel dynamics, product competitiveness and market conditions and recommends enhancement actions where required
- Identifies the unique value and market positioning of the product or service and designs and implements Go-to-Market activities for the commercial launch
- Coordinates the working teams for commercial launch and collaborates with the relevant teams, such as Sales, Product Development and Customer Service, to align activities
- Creates training materials for the channels, as well as sales scripts that highlight the strengths of the product or service
- Monitors continuously the market and competitors and provides feedback and post-launch reviews of Go-to-Market activities
- Identifies new sales channels with the aim of reaching the ideal customer at the most relevant stage of their customer journey (moment of truth) and collaborates with the Sales teams to develop and implement new channels and roles
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute in Applied or Technological Sciences, Economics or Business Administration
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field will be considered an additional qualification
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience in Category Manager or Trade Marketing roles
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
- Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
- Availability for urgent geographical relocations
