ZEUS Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Executive to support the development of the Corporate, MICE and Travel segments across the Group's hotel portfolio.
About the Role
The role will focus on generating new business, developing strong client relationships and converting commercial opportunities into profitable revenue. The Sales Executive will manage the full sales cycle and work closely with the Director of Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations and Hotel Operations to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Corporate, MICE and Travel segments.
- Proactively generate sales leads through market research, prospecting, networking and business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event organisers and other commercial partners.
- Present and promote the Group's hotel portfolio, accommodation options, meeting and event facilities and related services.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and client qualification to closing deals, in coordination with the Director of Sales.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, sales calls, site inspections and follow-up activities.
- Respond to sales enquiries in an accurate and commercially effective manner.
- Prepare tailored offers, commercial proposals, presentations and supporting documentation in accordance with the Group's commercial guidelines.
- Support the preparation and follow-up of commercial proposals, in coordination with the Director of Sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets relating to revenue, room nights, account production and business conversion.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for further development, cross-selling and increased production across the Group's portfolio.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client requirements to identify emerging business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales activity and performance updates for the Director of Sales.
- Represent the Group at client meetings, networking events, workshops, trade fairs and other relevant sales activities.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Marketing and Hotel Operations to ensure that proposals are commercially sound and operationally deliverable.
- Support the effective handover of confirmed business to the relevant hotel teams and contribute to a seamless customer experience.

We're Looking for Someone Who
- Previous experience in hotel sales, business development or a similar commercial role.
- Experience in Corporate, MICE, Travel or Leisure Sales will be considered a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with a multi-property hotel environment will be considered an advantage.
- Proven ability to develop new business, manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into appropriate commercial proposals.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a wider commercial team.
- Professional, confident and positive approach when engaging with clients and partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability and resilience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Very good command of the English language; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Availability for business travel and external client meetings.
- Valid driving licence.
- Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field will be considered an advantage.
