The Portfolio Management Specialist is responsible for end-to-end analyses of the recovery strategies across portfolios and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Conducts in-depth analyses to assess and evaluate portfolio performance thoroughly.
- Designs, develops, and oversees business reports for both management and portfolio committees.
- Actively participates in the preparation of the Business Plan.
- Utilizes Portfolio management tools to effectively operationalize the required strategies.
- Monitors the performance of the Portfolio’s Operating Model Performance, meticulously examining any deviations.
- Performs ad hoc requests and deep dive analyses related to portfolio management performance.
- Identifies trends, strengths or weaknesses in the performance and actively contributes to the design of appropriate corrective measures.
Education, Experience and Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, or any other Business-related studies
- Master’s degree will be considered an asset
- Minimum 2 years of in credit and portfolio analysis in financial services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
- Computer Literacy, excellent use of Microsoft Office applications and at least one of the following softwares: SQL, SPSS, Access
- Knowledge of remedial management of Non-Performing Loans will be considered as an asset
