ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Junior Product & Implementation Manager who wants to grow into product management by working at the point where our product meets our clients. You'll turn client requirements into working configurations, keep our demo environments sales-ready, guide clients through integrations, and take on real product work for specific feature areas.
It's a hands-on role with a lot of variety. You'll work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Engineering and Product, and you'll see how a SaaS product is configured, sold, integrated and built.
Client configuration
Customer Success gathers each client's requirements, and you'll turn them into a working setup in our back office. That covers workflows, approval rules, users, cost categories and client-specific settings.
You'll make sure every configuration is accurate, documented and ready before go-live. Along the way, you'll build a deep understanding of how each shipping company operates, including its workflows, its priorities and what it needs from our platform.
Demo environments and go-to-market support
You'll build and maintain demo environments that are realistic, reliable and ready for Sales to use at any time. You'll prepare tailored demo data and scenarios for prospects, and you'll support product launches and go-to-market activities. Demo quality is critical to our growth, so you'll have the authority to draw on engineering resources to automate environment setup and maintenance and to keep demos working at all times.
Integration delivery and client liaison
We run many integrations with clients' ERP and operational systems at the same time. You'll set up and manage integration environments, coordinate with client IT teams and our engineers, and run training, SIT (system integration testing) and UAT (user acceptance testing) sessions. You'll track issues through to resolution and keep every stakeholder informed about status and next steps.
Road to Product Management
You'll act as the Product Manager for selected sub-teams, leading work that comes either from client feedback gathered through your configuration and integration work or from special projects. You'll own the specification from start to finish: writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria, working with engineers and QA during delivery, and making sure what ships solves the problem it was meant to solve.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years of experience in project management, implementation, customer onboarding, business analysis, or a similar role in a software/SaaS company (strong graduates with relevant internships are also welcome)
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to run several client workstreams in parallel without dropping details
- Confident, clear communication in English, both written and spoken, including running sessions with client teams
- A technical mindset: comfortable learning complex systems, working with test environments, and understanding how APIs and system integrations work at a conceptual level
- Structured writing skills, since you'll document configurations, test plans and feature specs
- An ownership mentality: you follow things through to the finish
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
- Experience with UAT/SIT coordination or software testing
- Exposure to product management practices (user stories, backlog management, Jira/Confluence)
- Basic familiarity with APIs, JSON, SQL or scripting/automation tools
- Knowledge of the maritime or shipping industry, especially port operations or disbursement accounts
- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business/Information Systems, Maritime Studies, or related field
- Greek language skills
WHAT WE OFFER
- A clear development path from implementation into product management
- Direct exposure to clients, sales, engineering and product leadership in a fast-moving scale-up
- The chance to work on a platform that is changing how the maritime industry manages port calls
- 30 days of paid annual leave
- Comprehensive private health insurance coverage for your entire family
- Hybrid way of work
- Life Coach and Kick-Boxing Sessions
- Low-price, high quality lunch in the office
- Fitness Center discount close to the office
- Cool start-up environment
