We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Merchant Services Finance team. In this role, you will support financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting activities while working closely with stakeholders across multiple countries and business functions, helping the business make informed decisions through accurate financial insights and performance analysis.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Analyze financial results and identify variances between actual and forecasted performance.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Prepare management reports, financial presentations, and business insights.
  • Monitor profitability and key financial performance indicators.
  • Analyze transactional and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support P&L and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Support ad hoc financial analyses and reporting to aid business decision-making.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Controlling, or a similar finance role.
  • Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong Excel skills (including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, advanced formulas, and financial modeling)
  • Experience with Power BI or other BI tools will be considered an asset.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data and translate findings into business insights.
  • Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • Eligible to work in the EU without employer sponsorship.
