  • Ensure cross-domain alignment with other Business Partners on shared priorities, initiatives, interdependencies and resource demand, in line with the broader IT & Digital Transformation strategy.
  • Support adoption of new digital solutions through coordinated communication, training and transition activities, and may undertake Product Ownership responsibilities (backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, business value).
  • Partner with architecture, security and IT teams to embed governance, security, data privacy and architectural standards early in demand and solution discussions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, demand and delivery status, share knowledge with peers and contribute to the continuous improvement of Business Partner practices.

What you need to be successful

  • A BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Statistics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering or a related discipline; an MSc will be considered an asset.
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT projects and business applications, including 5+ years in business analysis, digital transformation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to act as a trusted partner between Business and IT and to translate complex IT concepts into clear business language, managing expectations and maintaining trust across diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, requirements management, demand prioritization and translating business needs into impactful digital solutions, while articulating their financial and business value through relevant metrics.
  • Understanding of emerging digital trends, including automation and data solutions, to identify opportunities for business process enhancement and operational efficiency.
  • Understanding of technology, application, data and integration architectures, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and consistent with enterprise architecture standards and target-state roadmaps.
  • Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), Waterfall and hybrid approaches, including Product Ownership responsibilities, as well as of QA processes, testing and UAT practices.
  • A proactive mindset, continuously reviewing processes and operations to anticipate needs and propose improvements, automation opportunities or technology solutions ahead of demand.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical language into business terminology and to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Very good analytical and design skills, able to make sense of complex or incomplete information, combined with a proactive, problem-solving approach that delivers solutions enhancing business productivity.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
