We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a QA/QC Administrator to join our team in Dublin, Ireland.
The QA/QC Administrator will provide administrative and coordination support to the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Department and project teams. The role will support the effective implementation and maintenance of project quality systems, document control processes, quality records, inspections, audits and reporting.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working within a fast-paced construction environment. Strong communication, IT and organisational skills are essential, together with the ability to work collaboratively with project teams and multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the QA/QC team and project management teams.
- Maintain and process QA/QC records, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, appropriately filed and readily accessible.
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of project Quality Management Systems.
- Manage and maintain quality documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Inspection & Test Records (ITRs), check sheets, quality forms, reports and supporting documentation.
- Assist with document control and revision management of project quality documentation, procedures, plans and manuals.
- Support the preparation, issue, tracking and close-out of quality-related documentation and records.
- Maintain quality registers and trackers, ensuring actions, inspections, observations and outstanding items are monitored and updated.
- Coordinate internal quality action plans, including monitoring completion dates, liaising with action owners and reporting progress.
- Assist with the administration and tracking of Non-Conformances (NCRs), observations, defects and corrective/preventive actions.
- Support the QA/QC team with the preparation of quality reports, dashboards, presentations and project updates.
- Assist with the coordination and administration of internal and external audits.
- Assist with the preparation of audit documentation and tracking of audit findings through to close-out.
- Assist in ensuring project teams are working to current approved procedures, forms and quality documentation.
- Support the implementation and communication of new company quality policies, procedures and processes.
- Support the continuous improvement and modernisation of company QA/QC processes and systems.
- Ensure all QA/QC activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures, project requirements and applicable standards.
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as required by the QA/QC Manager or Project Management Team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' general office, administration or project administration experience, preferably within the construction, engineering or data centre industry.
- Previous experience in a QA/QC, Quality Administration, Document Control or Construction Administration role is desirable.
- Relevant 3rd level qualification is preferable.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong IT skills and confidence working with document management and project management systems.
- Experience with Fexillon, NEXUS and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/Forma) would be a distinct advantage.
- Experience with document control, revision control and maintaining structured document registers.
- Knowledge of QA/QC processes, quality documentation and construction project requirements is desirable.
- Knowledge/use of VBA and Macros would be highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
