Job Description

Are you a curious problem-solver with a passion for strategy and business transformation? We're looking for talented Junior Consultants to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a Junior Consultant, you will work alongside experienced consultants and clients to tackle complex business challenges, develop impactful solutions, and contribute to high-profile projects across industries.

Key responsibilities

  • Support project teams in analyzing business challenges and identifying growth opportunities
  • Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and data analysis to generate insights
  • Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations and business improvement initiatives
  • Prepare client-ready presentations, reports, and other project deliverables
  • Assist in structuring and solving complex business problems through quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, and interviews to gather information and support project execution
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across different seniority levels in a team-oriented environment
  • Support the implementation of recommendations and track project outcomes where relevant
  • Stay informed about industry developments and market trends
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-building initiatives and firm activities

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2 to 3 years of professional experience in consulting, industry, or other analytical roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to complex challenges
  • Solid quantitative capabilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and build collaborative relationships
  • Intellectual curiosity and a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic and fast-paced environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude
  • Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are considered a plus
