Role Description The Data Insights Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait City. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from campaigns, partner publications, and audience interactions to generate actionable insights. The analyst will prepare reports and dashboards, identify trends, and support decision-making around content performance, audience targeting, and market opportunities.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and audience research, segmenting customer data, collaborating with editorial and commercial teams, and presenting findings in clear, accessible formats. The role also involves recommending data-driven optimizations and helping refine measurement frameworks and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics tools and methods.
- Candidates should possess experience in Market Research and Customer Insight to understand audiences and content performance.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise way to non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess competency with spreadsheets, visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar), and basic statistical analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with media, advertising, or digital content analytics is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Kuwait City and engaging with regional market dynamics.
