About the Role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the safe and efficient daily maintenance operations of facility equipment.
- Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Plan, track, and oversee preventive maintenance programs for static and rotating equipment.
- Review, plan, and manage maintenance schedules, activities, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and optimize asset performance.
- Monitor equipment condition and recommend maintenance improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance management and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in maintenance of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems within the Oil & Gas or industrial sector.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial maintenance position.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, asset reliability, and maintenance planning.
- Experience maintaining static equipment, rotating equipment, electrical systems, and instrumentation/control systems.
- Strong understanding of maintenance management systems and maintenance reporting.
- Knowledge of HSE standards and best practices for industrial maintenance operations.
- Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and team management skills.
