AIXhire is hiring a Senior Product Manager to support its talent acquisition and recruitment technology activities in Kuwait. The role is responsible for daily execution, coordination, reporting and continuous improvement, ensuring work is completed on time and to professional standards. The selected candidate will coordinate with internal teams, clients, suppliers and management to keep daily work organized and transparent.
Key duties include preparing reports, following up on assigned tasks, solving operational issues and maintaining service quality. Applicants should have relevant experience in product, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Kuwait market practices, professional documentation and teamwork will be considered an advantage. Salary range for this position is 2000 - 2500 KWD, based on experience, skills and interview assessment.
