Role Description The Business Operations Manager – Bang & Olufsen Kuwait is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait City, responsible for overseeing daily store and business operations for the Bang & Olufsen brand. This role manages operational processes, monitors performance metrics, and ensures smooth coordination between sales, marketing, finance, and customer service.
The Business Operations Manager will optimize inventory and supply chain workflows, support program and project execution, and maintain compliance with company standards and local regulations. The role includes analyzing sales and operational data, preparing reports, recommending improvements, and collaborating with leadership to drive growth and profitability. The individual will also coach and support team members to uphold exceptional customer experience and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Business Operations and Operations Management skills, with experience managing retail or consumer electronics operations.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Program Management capabilities to interpret data, manage initiatives, and improve processes.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance, including budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and lead staff effectively.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Relevant experience in premium or luxury brands, consumer technology, or retail management is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar business tools and fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Presentable with excellent communication skills
