We’re looking for an experienced chocolatier to join Célène’s production team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in chocolate making
- Strong knowledge of cocoa and chocolate science (tempering, crystallization, flavor profiles)
- Ability to troubleshoot and handle production issues independently
- High attention to detail and consistency
