Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Lead maintenance teams and ensure timely completion of work orders.
Troubleshoot HVAC or plumbing system issues and implement effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintenance standards, and project requirements.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and technical documentation.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 8–10 years of maintenance experience in HVAC or Plumbing systems.
Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
Experience in commercial, industrial, or oil & gas facilities is preferred.
GCC/Kuwait experience is an advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
