Are you an experienced audit professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Audit Supervisor to join our Assurance team.
In this role, you will lead audit engagements, supervise audit teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality audit services in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and review audit engagements across various industries
- Lead and mentor junior audit team members
- Develop engagement plans, budgets, and resource allocation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements
- Review financial statements, audit working papers, and engagement deliverables
- Identify risks, provide recommendations, and support clients with value-added insights
- Monitor engagement profitability and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Partially qualified professional certification (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5.5 years of external audit experience
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting requirements
- Experience supervising audit teams and managing multiple engagements
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Experience with CaseWare will be an added advantage
