Rol hakkında
Amsterdam
My client isn't looking for someone to execute a roadmap. They're looking for someone to help write it.
They're a fast-moving, well-funded startup based in Amsterdam with 400+ paying customers, a 4+ year runway, and a founding team that knows how to build. They're at the stage where things are working, and now they need the right people to help them scale.
The role
This is a hands-on engineering role with real ownership. You'll work across the full stack, help shape technical decisions, and have a direct impact on the product and where it goes next. No bureaucracy, no endless approval chains, just a small, talented team moving fast and building something people actually pay for.
What you'll be doing
- Building and improving core product features end-to-end
- Contributing to architectural decisions, not just implementing them
- Working closely with the founding team to shape the product roadmap
- Owning your work from idea to production
What they're looking for
- Strong experience with Python and FastAPI
- Someone who thrives with autonomy and takes pride in their work
- A builder's mindset, you care about the product, not just the code
- Based in Amsterdam or happy to relocate
Why join them?
Fast-moving environment where your work actually matters
If you want to join a startup that's past the risky early stage but still early enough to shape, my client would love to hear from you.
