Supervisor (M/W) - Full-Time - Amsterdam

We are looking for a full-time Supervisor to support our team in Amsterdam !

Sales

• Achieving personal targets and the KPIs set by APM

Customer Service

• Ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service and supporting the resolution of customer complaints

VM

• Embodying the APM brand image through the five senses and visual merchandising, alongside the Store Manager

Operations

• Ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures, alongside the Store Manager
• Standing in for boutique management during the Store Manager's occasional absence

Human Resources

• Ensuring the team follows standard operating procedures and codes of conduct
• Guiding the team daily towards achieving its sales targets
• Supervising Senior Sales Advisors and Sales Advisors; observing their performance and providing timely guidance

Management

• Gathering market intelligence (competitor performance, trends, market environment, brand assortment, footfall, etc.) and reporting back to the Store Manager
• Working with the Store Manager on stock management and cost tracking

Candidate Profile

• You love APM Monaco!
• You have a successful first experience as a Senior Sales Advisor, with the desire to move into team supervision
• You have some initial experience in luxury/fashion retail and a feel for visual merchandising
• You can read basic sales reports and react quickly on the ground
• You have a good sense of organisation and know how to rally a team day to day
• You are fluent in English
• You are agile and know how to show flexibility when needed
