Role Description We’re Hiring | Technical Architecture Lead | Sultanate of Oman

Are you an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system implementation, software development, technical integration, and application support?

Portolearn is looking for a Technical Architecture Lead to join a dynamic technology environment and contribute to the implementation, integration, testing, and continuous improvement of business technology solutions. The role involves close collaboration with project teams, developers, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable and effective solution delivery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation, deployment, and integration of technology solutions.

Participate in technical design and solution development.

Support application configuration, testing, deployment, and enhancements.

Troubleshoot system and application issues and contribute to root-cause analysis.

Work closely with developers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Monitor system performance and identify risks and improvement opportunities.

Support incident management, change requests, automation, and process improvement.

Ensure compliance with IT standards, security requirements, and established procedures.

🎯 We’re Looking for Someone With

7+ years of relevant experience in IT, software development, system support, system implementation, or a related field, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

Strong knowledge of databases, operating systems, SDLC concepts, application support, and testing methodologies, combined with excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, will be highly valued.
