About the Role
Sinan Advanced Industries is seeking an employee to support and continuously improve the company’s technology environment.
This is a hands-on role covering user support, endpoints, servers, networks, enterprise applications, cybersecurity controls, backups, documentation and technology projects.
The successful candidate is not expected to know every system from day one. We are looking for someone with strong technical fundamentals, disciplined troubleshooting, integrity and the ability to independently learn unfamiliar technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, meeting rooms, mobile devices and company applications.
- Manage user onboarding, transfers, access changes and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate asset, software, warranty and assignment records.
- Support Windows Server infrastructure and Windows endpoints.
- Administer Active Directory users, computers, groups and organizational units.
- Support DNS, DHCP, authentication and domain-join issues.
- Manage file-server permissions according to least-privilege principles.
- Support the company’s on-premises Microsoft Exchange environment.
- Use PowerShell and command-line tools for administration, troubleshooting and automation.
- Review system and application logs.
- Manage services, storage, permissions, updates and network configuration.
- Use Bash and standard Linux command-line tools.
- Support internally hosted applications, development platforms and technical services.
- Support switches, access points, firewalls, VPNs, internet connections and network cabling.
- Assist with vulnerability remediation, endpoint protection, log monitoring and incident response.
- Deploy operating systems, applications, updates and security configurations.
- Assist with business-continuity and disaster-recovery exercises.
- Coordinate technical matters with SAP and other application vendors.
- Record technical changes, incidents, root causes and resolutions.
- Document administrative access, vendor activity and system dependencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering or a related discipline.

- Is willing to perform physical IT work involving racks, servers, cables, UPS systems and devices.
