About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated Cybersecurity Maturity Assessment Specialist to support the development and operational delivery of our Cybersecurity Maturity Assessment (CSMA) capability. This role focuses on building practical assessment tools, automating assessment workflows, developing reporting dashboards, and supporting maturity assessments across the organization.
The ideal candidate enjoys translating cybersecurity frameworks into practical assessment methodologies and technology-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity maturity assessment questionnaires and assessment toolkits.
- Build evidence collection workflows and assessment documentation.
- Develop maturity scoring mechanisms and reporting dashboards.
- Support automation of assessment activities and reporting.
- Assist in conducting cybersecurity maturity assessments and validating assessment evidence.
- Analyze assessment data and prepare technical reports.
- Maintain assessment repositories and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support pilot assessments and stakeholder workshops.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 5–8 years of cybersecurity experience.
- Practical experience with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, C2M2, CMMI, ISO/IEC 27001, or CIS Controls.
- Experience with cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk, or compliance.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
- Certifications such as Security+, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001, or equivalent are desirable.
