AI Cybersecurity Expert

About the RoleWe are seeking an innovative AI Cybersecurity Expert to lead the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies within our cybersecurity operations. This strategic role will drive AI-powered threat detection, automated incident response, predictive security analytics, and responsible AI governance to strengthen cyber resilience across critical infrastructure environments.

The successful candidate will advise cybersecurity leadership on emerging AI security technologies, Shadow AI risks, and secure AI implementation aligned with international cybersecurity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven cybersecurity capabilities.
• Develop AI-powered threat detection and predictive analytics solutions.
• Integrate machine learning into security operations and incident response.
• Advise on AI governance, responsible AI adoption, and Shadow AI risk management.
• Evaluate AI cybersecurity technologies and industry best practices.
• Develop AI security use cases and automation strategies.
• Support the secure deployment of Generative AI within the enterprise.
• Ensure alignment with NIST CSF 2.0, IEC 62443, and organizational cybersecurity strategy.
• Collaborate with SOC, IT, OT, Digital, and Data teams to implement AI-enabled security solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience, including hands-on experience with AI or Machine Learning technologies.
• Experience in Security Operations (SOC), threat detection, security automation, or cyber analytics.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI governance, and AI risk management.
• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, XDR, Python, cloud security, and AI security platforms is highly desirable.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Microsoft AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning, Google Professional ML Engineer, GIAC, or equivalent are advantageous.
