The candidate will work closely with business users and developers to optimize workflows and deliver effective ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities• Configure and support Odoo modules including CRM, Sales, Purchase,Inventory, Accounting, Projects, and Website.• Understand business requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions.• Configure users, access rights, company structures, workflows, approvals, and reports.• Support business processes including quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing, payments, inventory, and accounting.• Assist with Odoo implementation, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Coordinate with developers for customizations, integrations, and issue resolution.• Provide user support, training, demonstrations, and process documentation.• Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend process improvements.Required Skills• Good understanding of Odoo ERP and business workflows.• Knowledge of Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and Project modules.• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.• Proficiency in MS Excel and data management.
• Basic knowledge of Python/Odoo development is an advantage.• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced ERP environment.
