The Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Execution Supervisor to coordinate all aspects of project delivery at our Karim Small Field (KSF) facility. You will oversee multi-disciplined teams, manage project timelines and budgets, ensure technical integrity, and drive Operational Excellence to maturity level 3. This is an HSE-critical role requiring strong leadership in process safety, contractor management, and emergency response.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and supervise project activities across KSF operations.
- Develop project timelines, manage budgets, and prepare reports.
- Provide technical input for modifications, studies, and minor projects.
- Enforce HSE policies and Process Safety Management for staff and contractors.
- Oversee PTW, risk assessments (HAZOP/HEMP/SIMOPS), and high-risk activities (lifting, pressure testing, radiography).
- Manage contractor mobilization, execution, and demobilization.
- Lead training, competency development, and incident investigations.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent.
- 8+ years of plant operations experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HSE frameworks, risk management, and maintenance policies.
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and contractors in a high-risk environment.
