We are looking for a result-driven Civil Engineer with 7–10 years of experience in EPC execution of Substation (AIS/GIS) and Overhead Transmission Line (OHL) projects. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for civil works execution, contractor management, cost control, and coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to deliver projects within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Lead execution of civil works for EHV substations (AIS/GIS) and OHL projects under EPC contracts.
- Manage complete lifecycle: site mobilization → execution → testing → handover.
- Ensure alignment with EPC schedule, deliverables, and client milestones.
- Manage multiple subcontractorsfor civil works:
- Equipment foundations (Transformer, GIS/AIS structures)
- Control room buildings
- Switchyard structures, gantries
- Tower foundations (pile/open foundations)
- Roads, drainage, fencing
- Monitor contractor productivity, quality, and compliance.
- Approve work methodologies, resource deployment, and progress.
