Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our freight forwarding team in Oman. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and eager to learn. You will coordinate shipments, communicate with customers and overseas agents, and ensure the smooth movement of cargo.

Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, sea, and land freight shipments.
• Prepare and check shipping documents.
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers.
• Communicate with customers, transporters, shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents.
• Coordinate with the operations and customs clearance teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of shipments.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and reports.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve shipment-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics is an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
